No. Before release, concrete values (build costs, stats, recipes) are not officially confirmed, so this site does not print them. Every page marks unverified topics instead.
Are the guides updated when the game changes?
Yes. When Advance Nine announces changes, the affected evergreen guides are updated and the Updates page records what changed.
